The living room contains two couches, a beanbag, coffee table, end tables and a futon that can sleep two more guests.

The living room abutts the dining area which can be used as an extension of the living room.

If you do need to conduct some business there is a workspace you can use. Internet access is available and cell phones have coverage. There is no land line phone in the apartment.

A 42" TV is opposite the couches.
