Echo View Estates is a 48 acre, 10 parcel community, consisting of about three acres each and about 15 acres of common area, including a lake access parcel. The Lake Access parcel consists of a 120 foot frontage on Echo Lake and is available for the private enjoyment by the community members.

There are 6 parcels that are currently sold with a second subdivision of four (4) more parcels now available. Of the existing sold parcels, there are three homes built (see Property > Homes).

There are views of Echo Lake, Okemo and Killington from the property. Most of the building sites are facing West towards the evening sun.

The drive on the property is about a half mile long and ends at the top of the hill. A small stream meanders through the lower part of the property. The vertical rise on the drive is about 400 feet (great for sleigh riding in winter).

The entrance to the property is from Buswell Pond Road onto Echo View Drive.

The parcel on the left, Parcel 6 and the parcel on the right, Parcel 5 is at the beginning of the Drive.

This little stream runs under the drive at the entrance. Although the stream is mostly on common areas a piece of it runs through Parcel 5.

Moving up the Drive we still show Parcel 6 on the left and Parcel 5 on the right.

At this point Parcel 6 is still on the left but another parcel, Parcel 7 is shown on the right.

Further up the Drive we are still circling around Parcel 6 on the left. The parcel on the right has already been sold.

This part of the Drive goes through a notch cut through the ledge. The parcels on both sides of the Drive have been sold.

Close to the top parcels on both side have been sold.

This is the end of the drive in a culdesac. The parcel on the right has been sold but the final parcel available in the final subdivision, Parcel 7 is located below this parcel.
