Echo View Estates is located in the triangle between Kingdom Road and Buswell Pond Road. The entrance to the community is from Buswell Pond Road with the access named Echo View Drive. It is on the East side of Echo Lake and generally runs North and South.

The Drive crosses over the stream and skirts a solid flat rock hill side. It then forks to a lower and upper Drive. The lower Drive has one house built on it, the upper Drive has two houses on it with a turn around at the top.
